Abstract

The project “Didactic Pills for the Development of Personal, Social and Learning to Learn Competences in Music Synchronous Online Teaching” focuses on the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies. Through reference literature, the foundations that lead to the creation of nine didactic pills are established, distributed in three thematic blocks linked to the three areas personal competence, social competence, and learning to learn, through which this project seeks to energize virtual sessions. Grounded Theory is used as a methodological approach, so the selection and creation of the didactic pills is based on pre-existing literature. The expected outcomes include an increased dynamism of the sessions as well as the development of soft skills in communication, teamwork, and self-regulation for teachers and, by extension, for students. This innovative approach aims to enrich the attendees educational experience as well as complement the continuous training of teachers.
