Résumé

In order to understand how the school works as an organization, we should start from the identification of the relationships that are established in them in order to be able to intervene effectively and improve, if necessary, the school environment. We can detect conflicts when there are negative aspects in the relationships that are established between people or groups. This article analyzes the management of conflicts in the classroom, as well as the different intervention strategies. In addition, a tour is made of the legislation on the inclusion of conflict resolution in the educational framework
