Zusammenfassung
This work analyzes the STS of January 18th 2024 around the discussion on the type of relationship - labour or commercial - that external collaborators or subagents of insurance agencies have. This sentence analyzes the characteristics of the employment relationship, especially dependency, as well as the jurisprudential doctrine regarding the classification of a relationship as labour.
