La evaluación online durante el estado de alarma derivado del covid-19 de la asignatura derecho de la Unión Europeauna experiencia positiva y prometedora

Abstract

This contribution deals with the changes introduced in the evaluation of the subject European Union Law following the entered into force of the state of alarm in response to the pandemic triggered by the COVID-19 propagation. As such, the contribution explains the main changes done in the system of continuous evaluation, with the revised sessions turned online, and the introduction of several kind of exercises to be counted in the continuous evaluation’s part. On the other hand, the new means of exam are developed, with the new mixt exam format, test and short answer, and the possible oral exams in some specific cases of students looking for a high qualification or cases of informatic problems. Finally, the virtues and pros of these alternatives of evaluation are highlighted, even though this difficult situation, arising out the possibility of the maintenance of these alternatives even in cases of presential lectures.
