Resumen
The objective was to know the perception of job satisfaction, the organizational culture and organizational commitment in a group of workers belonging to a Premium gymA total of 36 workers (20 men and 16 women) aged between 19 and 45 completed an online questionnaire was used consisting of the Overall Job Satisfaction scale, the Culture Index for Fitness Organizations scale and the Organizational Commitment scale. The U-Mann Whitney nonparametric test was used for the comparison of independent samples. Women showed higher rates of job satisfaction than men, with significant differences, just as occurred with the organizational culture. In addition, workers with less time expressed greater satisfaction. These results have important implications for the organizations, helping them to better understand the work environment as it is an important variable in a service business.
