Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the value that students in various Colombian universities attach to virtual learning. The work is based on the results obtained from a survey of 384 online university students in Colombia. The obtained data confirm the existence of a strong association among factors relative to the quality of the technological infrastructure, the information, and the service offered, as well as the interactions generated in the act of teaching. The results can aid institutions of higher education in developing projects or programs that contribute to improving student perceptions of the quality of education received in this type of programs.
