Resumo
The present study explores the relationships stablished among four variables: the coach’s communication style, the group cohesion, the collective efficacy and the satisfaction. 84 handball players have participated (45 women and 39 men). The findings obtained support the idea that communication style influences the development of group cohesion; and cohesion is a determinant factor for the perception of collective efficacy and player’s satisfaction.
