Résumé

The aim of our study is to identify the sources of stress in secondary math teacher. After an extensive literature search, we discovered that there is no instrument to detect the sources of stress in secondary math teacher and this motivated us to build a scale adapted for this group. To do this, we started doing a literature search for possible sources of stress for teachers, which were organized and classified. With these sources we made a likert scale of 5 points, which apply in a sample of 5 high school teachers of mathematics. Finally, we conducted a discussion group with two teachers chosen from the previous sample. This paper shows the process followed and some results obtained with the scale and the discussion group.
