Abstract

The initial Mathematics Course for Teachers is aimed for students who are going to start their studies in any of the Degrees of Education that are offered at the University. The main purpose of the course is to review knowledge that should be known by any student who enters the university, but as evidenced by the teaching experience in the classroom, represent a considerable source of difficulties when it comes to be put into practice and generate or use sources to help students to beat those difficulties. Moreover, the fact that the teaching staff of universities along the world has had to teach online has been a challenge for them, but also for the students themselves, who were not used to this type of way of teaching. In this sense, all the people involved have had to adapt almost immediately and without time to assimilate the changes that were coming. On the other hand, in previous courses, the teaching staff linked to the subjects have tried, especially during online classes, to use different technological resources that help understand phenomena and allow meaningful learning. The students have welcomed the use of these technologies in a very positive way, in general terms, from the results obtained in other years, the tools that have given the best results have been selected. This proposal represents a new form of intervention that will produce improvements in the educational process, since, through the materials provided, the review of contents will be facilitated prior and necessary to study the different subjects of the degrees and this will result in a significant and lasting improvement in teaching.
