Laburpena

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar los diferentes tipos de comportamientos violentos que se dan en la estructura de los clubes y analizar si existen diferencias en función del género y de los diferentes tipos de agentes sociales implicados en su organización (deportistas, entrenadores y familia). El diseño fue de tipo no experimental, cuantitativo, transversal y comparativo. La muestra estuvo formada por 692 participantes: distribuidos en tres grupos: deportistas (483), entrenadores (50) y familia (159). Se utilizó como instrumento un violentómetro adaptado a la población deportiva. Los resultados muestran la existencia de diferencias estadísticamente significativas en la percepción de violencia experimentada en las dos condiciones evaluadas: género y tipo de agente social evaluado. Como conclusión se subraya la necesidad de que los clubes garanticen un entorno de bienestar y seguridad para la práctica del deporte y cuenten con instrumentos de diagnóstico para identificar la violencia en su organización.
