Zusammenfassung
Over the classic insurance model, where the policy holder take out insurance with a lawful insurance agency, peer-to-peer insurance is the most disruptive business model in front of that, where digital platform user´s overlook the insurance agency and take on his rol. In this paper, we will analyze the legal status of these platforms.
