Abstract
Persons with disabilities have suffered over time, a deficit of regulation and attention from the real estate sector, highlighting the technical criteria regulated in the technical building code, of architectural, design and even electronic character, and knowing that, it is true that regulates the obligation of any number of dwellings for persons who find themselves in this situation the truth is that over time they have been immersed in countless difficulties for buying property in the market, as well as through the demands of the housing plans.
