Abstract
In this work, it is carried out an analysis of the legal regime of the permanence agreement in light of the interpretations realised by the doctrine, both scientific and jurisprudential, given the brief wording and the judicial conflict to which it has given rise. The permanence agreement is configured in art. 21 ET along with other agreements. All these elements have in common the limitation of the right to work ex art. 35 CE, insofar as they represent a restriction of the freedom of the worker in the contractual resolution when he undertakes, through this agreement, to provide services for a period of time for having received specialized training to launch a project. or carry out a specific job.
