Abstract
The article analyses the Constitutional Court's recent interpretation of the right to radio information at football matches. And this as a consequence of the question of unconstitutionality promoted by the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court in relation to the meaning of article 19.4 of the General Law on Audiovisual Communication of 2010.
