Résumé
This work aims to address the position of the arbitration group within the federative framework that the international organization of sport supposes from both a national and international perspective. All subsequent development of competitions is based on the federative structure of sport, where referees are a fundamental piece for their development, also belonging to the federations and occupying a space within that sports organization.
