Abstract

A study has been carried out with 2nd year students of “Training and career orientation for health and health professional family” in an educational centre from Valencia, by implementing a teaching intervention on “job search” using “gamification”. The proposed objectives have been successfully achieved, since students have acquired the contents with high motivation, an attitude that will be present in their prospective professional lives. As results show, the use of gamification has been proved to be effective. Although students have deemed the strategy to be positive, they consider that gamification entails an additional workload outside of the classroom.
