Résumé
The main objective of this proposal consist in the design of a work plan for the development of a Web application for the control and management of deforestation in Ecuador - “Web-CONGESDEFO”. This proposal will apply the good practices of PMBOK 5, which allow the direction and management of a project such as the implementation of a WEB application supported by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) allowing interaction between citizens and the public. Ministry of Environment (MAE) as regulator and controller. Offering services into online office where we can be carried document management out, including a complaint module.
