Zusammenfassung

The adaptation of university studies as a result leads to the EHEA logical change, both in the role of teacher and student in the university: a.- In the teacher´s role involves changes in the method and educational objectives, as well as evaluation systems. b.- In the student's role involves changes regarding the way of their learning; responsibility should not be limited to taking notes and memorizing them for the test day, from now will acquire practical responsibilities. In this paper the importance of using legal documents analyzed, in any of its versions, (paper, online, database, etc.) as a tool indispensable in the process of teaching and learning. It is not intended to belittle the classical master classes that have and lot, although it is also critical to the future employment of students university as soon as possible familiar with those documents will be essential for their professional practice. The practical training of a college student should be as or more important that theoretical, especially in the field of legal science as there are occasions a student begins with a law degree and just with other different. The importance of teaching in universities writing, acting, in short, management of different legal documents that leads to future professionals complete their studies without fear of facing something new and unknown as is the exercise of their profession.
