Resumen

La cuarta revolución industrial, denominada Industria 4.0, surge impulsada por el nacimiento y avance de tecnologías que permiten niveles de eficiencia en la producción más elevados, e influyen en aspectos de desarrollo sostenible, tanto social como ambiental. Por este motivo, la literatura en este ámbito del conocimiento ha prestado un gran interés a esta temática. En este trabajo, se ofrece una revisión de la literatura relevante con el fin de comprender el concepto, las implicaciones, las tecnologías que conforman la Industria 4.0, su impacto en la, y la tendencia hacia un enfoque centrado en las personas que solvente los posibles efectos adversos que puedan surgir
