One of the issues causing major headaches for the practical of law in the field of new technologies, is the protection that should be given to copyright in the digital realm. The violation of these rights occurs in bulk without the legislation has achieved so far stop these violations. The information technologies have made access to knowledge and information flows substantially altered and the emergence of Internet, the digitization of content, open access and social networks have changed the way we access information (Sánchez-García, Yubero, 2015, p. 113). In this work the emphasis is on the importance of training young people in schools from the earliest ages to get in this way the recognition of the creative activity of the author and protection of the rights involved in the field of works digital.
