Consideraciones acerca del elemento subjetivo presente en las economías colaborativas en entornos digitales

On the collaborative economies that take place in digital environments, it is essential to mark of the topics that make a difference between the agents and/or subjects that intervene on them, since without the unequivocal boundaries of the subjective scope of those economies, to articulate a Law response about the objective scope of the operations that occur inside them, is scarcely possible. Thus, the article introduces the aforementioned need and raises the basic subjective concepts of collaborative economies that take place in digital environments, also presenting the objective definitions that are fundamental in the valuation of the provisions agreed in the framework of digital «intermediation».
