Zusammenfassung

The trends of educational innovation are provoking changes in teachers´ performance. The strategies that these innovation processes are taking to educational centers conceive "training as a reflexive activity" (Fernández, 2009, p.40). The present study focuses on professional teacher development, aiming to facilitate the use of the e-portfolio, a tool that combines teaching, learning and evaluation. The base of the study is a national training program for teachers and directors, that belong to charted schools and are under educational processes of change. The use of e-portfolio is a reflexive process that facilitates the transference of their learnings into the classroom. This study presents the validated instrument of data collection on generic competences and the utility of the e-portfolio. It is expected to be useful for professional development and the achievement of competencies, mainly the reflexive one. During the research some limitations and proposals of action have also emerged and have been taken under consideration.
