Abstract

In this paper a characterization of CSR is performed from a double public and private perspective, highlighting the externalities generated between the two visions. Related to responsible consumption and economic globalization, the implementation of policies based on CSR is generating a strong social impact that, in the European case, is strengthening the welfare state. As a result, it is expected that such policies will have a greater importance over time.
