Résumé
This paper reflects on the images of the most represented Spanish cities (Madrid, Barcelone, and Seville) in three geographical magazines published in countries that are remarkable touristic markets for Spain: the National Geographic Traveler (United States of America), Geographical (the United Kingdom) and Geo (France). The importance of these publications is that they have constituted, and still constitute nowadays, relevant channels of dissemination of geographical knowledge in the public sphere, contributing and conditioning the way in which we imagine the world, countries, and cities.
