Resumen

L’interès pel trastorn de joc, anteriorment conegut com a joc patològic i, al nostre país, com a ludopatia, ha anat creixent tant en la comunitat clínica com científica. L’augment d’evidència empírica referent al trastorn de joc ha permès una millor conceptualització de la patologia, així com la identificació de comorbilitats freqüents i el disseny de possibles opcions terapèutiques efectives. Aquesta revisió aborda totes aquestes temàtiques, incloent-hi descobriments recents en l’àmbit d’estudi en qüestió.
