Abstract

The increasing consolidation of organizations that ensure the equality and inclusion of rural women, as well as their communicative function through the web 2.0, are the object of study of this work. In order to show the activity of this no lucrative entitities and its web and social media communication, it is reviewed several online elements that help tu buld the online imagen. For this reason, we have focused on the study of their web pages as well as their social networks of main Spanish rural women’s associations. Training, education, progress and improvement of the living conditions of women living in rural areas, are essential to avoid discrimination and inequality to which these women are exposed. However, due to the evolution of communication, the role of web 2.0 becomes essential to bring the knowledge of these associations to society.
