Résumé
Majority is the opinion that the money laundering is one of the manifestations of the overcriminalization, an expansion that, by its nature, does not imply any value sense, although in the legal-criminal debate the idea has been installed with a negative connotation. When we speak of the overcriminalization, and more specifically of the expansion of criminal law in money laundering, an intense charge of political-criminal devaluation of the phenomenon would be surreptitiously introduced, which demands a rested reflection.
