Abstract

Integrated into the Spanish ecclesiastical structure, the Brotherhoods and Christian Brotherhoods of Passion, understood as pragmatic religious associations recognized by the Catholic Church, occupy a very significant and influential space throughout the national territory, especially in Andalusia. In them, it rewards charity and altruistic social-spiritual service over profit, which aggravates the importance of fulfilling the values that inspire through its regulations. In this peculiar social context of disenchantment with the system in general, the transversal or mainstreaming tendency of transparency and accountability has been extended as a corrective element of corruption and bad practice in the management of resources. In the present study, a synthesized analysis and a commentary on the ordering of transparency that regulates them in Jaén, their accountability mechanisms and a graphic on the situation of the active publicity offered in their digital headquarters are offered.
