Resum

The submerged economy is integrated by a set of activities that avoid commercial, labor, and fiscalnorms, part of the precarization of the labor market. With the submerged economy, all types of labor rights are eliminated on workers left unprotected and in an irregular situation. Within the labor market it is known that there are such activities and behaviors that socially tend to hide. On the other hand, the people who participate in this illegal activity accepting an undeclared job or job, are subordinated to the economic interests of the companies. Despite appearing to be a social problem, both the economy and submerged employment are seen as a political problem in terms of the reorganization of production systems and labor markets.Today we live in a globalization of markets. which can be well understood, asan opportunity for progress, or as a threat that can deteriorate social conditions and labor relations within the labor market. After the economic crisis suffered in recent years, economic growth in Spain has slowed down. which has negatively affected the employment of millions of people. This situation provoked by the incoherence of some economic and fiscal policies carried out by the State, generated great uncertainty in many productive sectors of the economy of our country, caused changes in sectors like the manufacturero that lost weight against others like the one of services or construction.
