Currently, several studies show the relevance of the neuropsychological processes such as attention and memory in the process of student learning. The overall objective of this research is to analyze the level of attention and memory in Colombian students with poor academic performance. Method: The sample (N= 29, M=9.72, SD=2.78) consisted students with to poor academic performance. It was administered the Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance and Rey Complex Figure Test. Results: The analysis show significant correlations between visual attention, auditory attention, and visual memory; no significant differences between visual attention, visual memory and auditory attention in the study sample. Conclusions: These results are relevant to the development of programs intervention to improve performance academic.
