Resumen

With the accomplishment of the writing that follow is intended to investigate what the concept of �competence� within the EEES as well as the importance of their inclusion in the new syllabus. In particular, the aim has been to identify the skills and abilities that, in general, Law students at the end of their studies must achieve, on a descriptive methodology by which it aims to provide a review of the literature with recent studies on the importance of competences as set out in the White Paper on Law Degree; also, it has been investigated of how regulating the competences of the official Title of graduate in Law at various Universities in Andalusia to understand the correspondence between: competences, methodology and evaluation. In conclusion, in general terms the Law Degree should not only lead to legal knowledge or knowing, but also a number of competences and basic skills to enable the student to exercise his profession as a lawyer once they enter in the job market.
