Resumen

The teachers collective, which is very predisposed to have periods of anxiety and tension normally associated to functional and organic disorders, we must try to stabilize our psychical condition without influence with in the normal activities that we developed. If we could keep back or shut emotional factors (either with anxiety tranquilizers or methods of relaxation or therapy, ...) we will remove the predispositions for emotive or psyco-reactive aches.
