Justicia y confianza claves para el intercambio de conocimiento en los grupos de investigación en la universidad

Zusammenfassung
El propósito de este estudio es analizar la influencia de la justicia y la confianza en el intercambio de conocimiento entre los miembros de un equipo de investigación de una universidad española. Se ha realizado un estudio cualitativo basado en entrevistas semiestructuradas (n=19) destinadas a conocer el efecto de la confianza y la justicia en el intercambio de conocimiento y la participación en un grupo de investigación de una universidad pública española. Se codificaron datos cualitativos en categorías. Se identificaron 5 categorías: (1) Confianza en los miembros del equipo, (2) Confianza en la dirección, (3) Justicia informacional, (4) Justicia procedimental e (5) Intención. Los resultados sugieren que cuando los miembros confían en la dirección y en los miembros del equipo y están informados sobre los asuntos de su interés, sobre las decisiones y sobre cómo se han tomado, se crea un ambiente que promueve el intercambio de conocimiento. Las universidades pueden mejorar la participación del profesorado en los grupos de investigación promoviendo acciones que favorezcan la confianza tanto entre sus miembros como con los investigadores principales que los lideran y fomentando procesos tanto de gestión como de distribución de la información en los que destaque la transparencia.
