In Colombia, the tourist-sporting scenarios do not have entirely environmentally sustainable infrastructure. The purpose of the study was to evaluate six sports tourist scenarios in Cartagena with the purpose of proposing strategies so that they can be transformed into tourist places that meet criteria of sustainability and social responsibility and their environmental performance is eco friendly, for which an analysis was carried out. of information, visits to the stages, interview and contrast of results. The economic, social, environmental, and information and communication technology components in the scenarios were evaluated based on the established criteria and the need to manage financial resources for the investment required in the adjustments of the infrastructure was identified; In this sense, it is considered appropriate to work with the support of information and communication technologies to optimize the management that these scenarios currently carry out.
