Relación entre la violecia en la pareja y otras formas de victimizaciónun estudio de clases latentes en población universitaria

Resumen
La victimización de menores, la violencia sexual, la violencia en las relaciones de pareja y las diversas formas de violencia familiar han sido estudiadas en gran medida como fenómenos aislados, aunque en los últimos tiempos una creciente actividad de investigación, llevada a cabo especialmente en países anglosajones, ha revelado una fuerte relación e incluso un solapamiento entre las diferentes formas de victimización. En este estudio, realizado con una muestra de estudiantes universitarios, se examinan las pautas de victimización violenta en relaciones familiares y de pareja, que se comparan entre sí y con la victimización sexual y en la infancia. Se ha empleado el análisis de clases latentes, como una herramienta válida para modelar empíricamente la co-ocurrencia de diversas formas de violencia. Los resultados han mostrado la relevancia de la polivictimización y de la victimización infantil como predictor de victimización familiar y en la pareja en la vida adulta.
