Abstract

To an equal opportunity, citizenship requires the fulfillment of its rights and freedoms. Digital technologies offer possibilities of relationship for improve inclusion in equality. Social entrepreneurship becomes digital entrepreneurship. In this line, the aims of socio-educational intervention are the creation of digital contents among us and ordering them for broadcasting. Participatory action research is used, mixing thechniques and instruments on intraview, interview and obsevation. In the city of Murcia (Spain), it works with a population of 127 people and a non-probabilistic sample of n=7 made by convenience with countries of origin Senegal, Morocco, Ecuador, France and Spain. An activity with fourteen actions around four tasks is implemented. The results indicate 17 digital multimedia contents created and it broadcasting by Facebook, YouTube, web pages, WhatsApp and e-mail. Leadership and ICT skills generate a hypermediation that help peaceful solutions when there are desagreements. The link between economic growth and happiness is not accepted. Risks are noted in the fieldwork, concluding that commitment and social responsability require policies endowed with both material and personal resources.
