Abstract

Resilience in social and educational intervention has become a cohesive concept. Many different concepts that have been previously investigated and that are applied in professional practice are included in resilience. Resilience offers an integrative perspective and it is an excellent metaphor of well-being or quality of life that professionals of social work try to develop in their areas of intervention. In this article we check some good practices that have been emphasized by educators. These practices are ways to promote protective factors. We also explore the students' autoperception about their training, in order to analyse the influence of their studies in their professional skills to promote resilience.
