Resumen

The coronavirus pandemic causes the emergence of normative figures regulating its stability. In the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, some of these regulations give competence to nursing case managers, who are currently in a recession. One of the reasons for such a recession is linked to the lack of recruitment for this specific profile, which is why her mandate is limited. Among the tasks assigned to it is the control and monitoring of cases of coronavirus arising in social health centers. But, despite this measure, there are other professional categories such as Health Social Work with a great historical tradition in the registration, assessment and monitoring of cases. This requires the rethinking of legislators and the inclusion of health social workers in this health control strategy.
