Estudio de las comunicaciones del Registro de la Propiedad al Catastro en la provincia de Almería en el quinquenio 2010-2014 como punto de partida de la identificación gráfica registral de fincas rústicas en España

The graphic identification of rural properties by the Land Registry or Property Register has always been a necessity. On the other hand, the necessary collaboration with the Cadastre has implied to communicate all the possible alterations of the property so that this one can carry out the opportune changes in its data bases in the scope of its attributions. This communication should be made as far as possible by means of the cadastral reference, which is understood as a biunivocal locator of the cadastral plot on the cadastral cartography. With the appearance of Law 13/2005, the cadastral cartography will be the main basis of the registry graphical identification. To see the real situation before the entry into force of the mentioned law, in this study all the communications of the Property Registries of Almeria are analyzed in relation to the rustic properties of the last five complete years, from the year 2010 to 2014. The results show that in the communications of the Property Registries only the cadastral reference is incorporated in 33% of the cases for the entire historical series studied, with great inequalities according to the registry in question. On the other hand, a slow but growing incorporation has been observed, going from 27% in 2010 to 38% in 2014
