The decision to protect hides information, as an assumption of deceptive omission, points directly to cases where information is provided in illegible or imperceptible handwriting. In order to shed some light on this issue, this paper analyzes the jurisprudence and the decisions of the Advertising Jury. The analysis carried out will lead us to identify new rules for the interpretation of those concepts.
