Zusammenfassung
This paper analyzes the legal recognition of deception by omission in the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and in the Directive concerning misleading and comparative advertising. As a consequence of this analysis, it is found that, at present, there is an objectionable subjective and terminological fragmentation in the regulation of this figure.
