Abstract

This study first provides a categorization of the most common misinformation / disinformation strategies, explained with theories from different fields of knowledge and contextualized through analysis of historical and contemporary cases. Then a study on the impact that has the information quality of the media as one of the many facets involved in the disinformation process is offered. To do this, an evaluation model and assessment of the information quality of the media that allows you to review the trend of misinformation remains about their business characteristics, socio-labor relations and the content thereof is proposed
