Resumen

The monastery of La Victoria is one of the most interesting late-medieval buildings in Lower Andalusia, in whose construction process the traces of the Cathedral of Seville, Castilian architecture and the influence of late Gothic Portuguese architecture are visible. This paper analyses the complete documentation of the purchase of materials for a phase of its constructive work, the one carried out between 1522 and 1528. It is a rich unpublished series of documents that allows us to elaborate on the questions of the construction of the late Gothic at the start of the Andalusian Modern Age and to establish the basic materials, volume and type, that were used in its construction.
