Résumé
This article analyses the paradigm in the Spanish criminal process due to the evolution of victim protection. Indeed, the development and implementation of order negotiated ways of resolving the conflic different from the traditional ones implies a higher level of participation of the victim and the perpetin this parper, the autors analise the regulation contained in the Legal Statute os the Victim, with special reference to the changes abouts restorative justice, and particularly criminal mediation.
